- Upload relevant evidence: Where lawful and appropriate (e.g., receipts, refusal letters).
- Avoid unnecessary personal information: Do not post home addresses or phone numbers.
- Use respectful language: Stick to the issue.
- Correct mistakes: If you learn new information, update your submission.

How to write a strong report

Why the second version is better:
- It describes a specific experience.
- It provides context (date and situation).
- It distinguishes observation from a sweeping conclusion.
- It gives moderators and the community something concrete to review.
Don't turn PTBI into a courtroom.
PTBI is a platform for documenting experiences, not declaring guilt. Treat this platform as a civic diary and a pattern-recognition tool. Allow the patterns to speak for themselves rather than using the platform to prosecute individuals.
